Chef Robyn Almodovar has worked in many of South Florida's finest restaurants and on board Luxury Yachts such as The Forge, Devitos, Utopia 3 and The Lady Windridge, are just a few of the premiere culinary establishments where Almodovar has held positions as high as Executive Chef.
Feeling the desire to give South Florida "A Party In Your Mouth!" she created Palate Party and brings the party directly to you! Chef Almodovar serves innovative bold street food using only fresh, local and sustainable ingredients with a vibrant twist in every bite!
